Neal Scheyer
Diamond Hills Sports Club and Spa General Manager

Neal Scheyer was appointed General Manager of Diamond Hills Sports Club July 28. Born and raised in Chicago,
IL, his resume reflects a career of experience, longevity and loyalty to his employers.  Neal worked for the East Bank Club in Chicago for 8 years as Corporate Membership Manager and as Assistant Manager.  The East Bank club is one of the largest in the United States with over 450,000 square feet; over 10,000 memberships; and 600
employees.  Neal also was General Manager for the Sporting Club in Chicago, a 115,000 square-foot club.
The downtown club featured a 7-story climbing wall and employed over 100 people.

Recently, Neal has been living in North County San Diego and was the Operations Manager for the Ecke Family YMCA for 8 years, the 3rd largest YMCA in the nation with over 20,000 members.  The past two years he has spearheaded the enrollment, marketing and sponsorship programs for Jeff Galloway Productions.

Neal majored in Commercial Recreation and graduated with a B.S. in Education at Southern Illinois University.  He enjoys indoor cycling, racquetball and in-line speed skating.

I plan on providing the best fitness, recreational and social programs in an environment that encourages people to participate and enables them to enjoy a healthier lifestyle."
