Enjoy over 3,000 square feet of pure pampering during your visit to the spa. Relax in our private lounge, courtyard, or enjoy our soothing spa, dry sauna or wet steam room. In your locker you will find a plush robe, spa slippers, and towel for your use while enjoying the spa services. Personal amenities are also provided along with complimentary beverages and teas. Asante Spa is the utmost in relaxation and a perfect place to get away for a day or even just an hour or two. Childcare is available while you have services done. We are open seven days a week: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Asante Spa is affiliated with El Dorado Hills Sports Club. The sports club offers a wide variety of fitness activities, group exercise classes, including yoga, Pilates and spin cycling, swimming and other activities. For a nominal fee, spa guests may enjoy the use of these facilities during their stay.

Appointments
We strongly suggest making appointments well in advance to help ensure you get your preferred time. Please arrive 30 minutes to one hour prior to your first treatment. This will not only allow time to check in but will also allow you time to make use of the warm areas in the facility. The use of steam, spa, or shower will relax your muscles so that you receive the full benefits of your service. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end when originally scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged in full for the scheduled treatment.
Suggestions
Drink plenty of water before and after spa services.
Do not bring valuables to the spa.
Turn cell phone off.
Bring a swimsuit if you would like to use the spa or the clubs' swimming pools.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and may be given at your discretion. Fifteen to twenty percent is customary. An 18% gratuity will be applied to groups of three or more.
Children & Juniors
Minors are welcome to experience nail and facial services with a guardian's approval. Minimum age for massages and body treatments is 16.
Play Center and Kids' Club (Babysitting)
The Play Center area is for children six weeks through six years of age. The Kids' Club area is for children seven through twelve years of age. While spa guest receive treatments, their children may use the Play Center and Kid's Club (limit of 2 hours) for a nominal fee.
