What are the greatest benefits you derive from a regular fitness program?
There are so many great benefits to being fit, but I would say that the best is the mental clarity, and the calm that comes with working out. It is definitely a stress release for me. Aside from that, I like to live a healthy life and I want to be a good role model to my 5-year old daughter so that she can grow up seeing that fitness isn't just good for you, it's also fun!

Meeting friends to exercise with after a hard day at work is a great way to relieve stress, improve your mental outlook, and sleep better at night! Working efficiently during the day frees up time to exercise after work. It's especially easy to make time to exercise if you have great friends with similar interests to workout with.

It's the obvious I suppose. (A regular fitness program) leads to more energy for the most part, but there's also the benefit of just feeling sharper, in both body and mind. Working as much as we do, Wendy (my wife) and I simply do our best to dovetail our desire (to be fit) and our time at the club with our business life.
